This one is for you!

… For you, my friends… For you, my readers… For you, people… This one is for you!

I have to admit that so far I’ve been blocking you (all of you) out of my head while writing. It was a very easy way for me to stay true: true to myself, true to the facts, true to the thoughts and, ultimately, true to you guys. But not today. Today I have a message for you: you my friends!

I am bound (by oath) to live my life for you, for your friends, for their friends… ultimately, for all people. This might not come as a surprise for you if you took the time to read some of my early posts. I am very happy to do so; I am very happy to have you (you all, in general and you, friends, in particular).

I am happy that you sometimes stray around here, guided by your curiosity, or by love, or hate. Or maybe, just maybe, you come in here, into my little (sometimes perfect) world by mistake. Anyhow, I am happy to have you all. I am happy to live my life the way that I chose some time ago to live it. I am happy that I’m making it happen (even when you think that I’m not).

Some lights will fade. Some actors will leave the scene while flooded by frenetic applause. Some will just leave it. Others will disappear.

I will always feel so much gratitude towards you all. Because you live… now. And you all help me live. This is a truly priceless helping hand. This was, basically, my message for you: thank you!

Food for thought: this day is a bit different: don’t think! Just lie around, somewhere and smile; because the world would be such a far less interesting place without you.
